These terms apply to myniqx.dev and the apps published under it (ZenithTV, Woorden, Nursing Pulse, dlx). By using the website or any of these apps, you agree to the following terms.

These apps and the website are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

ZenithTV

ZenithTV is a media player. It does not host, provide, or endorse any content. Any M3U sources or streams you add are supplied by you, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use that content.

Woorden

Woorden provides vocabulary learning content and quizzes. Leaderboard rankings and usernames are visible to other users of the app.

Nursing Pulse

Nursing Pulse is a breastfeeding and baby health tracker for new parents. All data you enter (nursing sessions, diaper logs, weight entries, personal details) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you create.

dlx

dlx is a download manager for Android and desktop (Linux, Windows). It does not host or provide any content. Any URLs you add are supplied by you, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download that content. Downloaded files are saved locally on your device.

The services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
